Cheval en Majesté: Television report

The French Baroque chateau of Versailles hosted a spectacular exhibition on horses and horsemanship during the Olympic Games. The organisers chose a painting from the Czech collections from the Konopiště castle as the main face of the exhibition – the 17th century oil painting Equestrian Portrait of Leopold de’ Medici as Child by Justus Sustermans. It was in the vicinity of the residence of the French kings that all the equestrian competitions took place during the Olympics. The Czech Television reported on the complex transport from Konopiště Castle to Versailles Castle done by Kunsttrans.
